1. Service and acceptance

Afrahkoum helps users find independent providers and organise events and invitations. Creating an account means accepting the version of these terms shown during sign-up.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use the service lawfully. Accounts used for fraud, harm, unlawful content or unauthorised access may be suspended.

• Accounts are personal.
• Minors must use the service under a legal representative’s responsibility.
• Private invitation links must only be shared with intended recipients.

3. Marketplace

Providers are independent. Unless expressly stated, Afrahkoum is not a party to the contract between a user and a provider and does not guarantee price, availability or performance. Users must confirm final terms directly with the provider.

4. Content and liability

You remain responsible for the content and guest details you provide. Afrahkoum retains its brand and interface rights; you grant only the rights needed to operate the service. Availability is not guaranteed continuously, and external WhatsApp or phone exchanges remain outside the platform.

5. Deletion and changes

You may permanently delete your account in Account settings. We may update these terms and will request renewed acceptance when a material change requires it.
