1. Controller

The controller for the purposes described here is Moncif CHAIB, an individual publishing Afrahkoum, located at 12 rue du Castel, 94000 Créteil, France. Contact: privacy@afrahkoum.ma. The CNDP references must be added before production release.

2. Data and purposes

• Account: name, email, phone, language and preferences.
• Events and invitations: dates, venues, organisers, guests, household groups and RSVP responses.
• Provider services: business details, media, indicative prices, availability and bookings.
• Technical data required for session security, device operation, error logs and privacy choices.

3. Legal basis and recipients

We process data to provide the requested service, secure the platform, answer requests and comply with law. Marketing uses separate optional consent. Data is shared only with intended private-link recipients and necessary technical processors; we do not sell personal data.

4. Hosting, retention and rights

The website uses Netlify, Inc., established in the United States, and Supabase data and authentication services, with the Afrahkoum project configured in the West EU (Ireland) region. Applicable contractual safeguards and CNDP transfer references must be documented before launch. Data is retained only as needed for the account, security and legal duties. You may request access, correction or deletion, object where applicable, withdraw marketing consent, delete the account in the app, or email privacy@afrahkoum.ma.
